Shipping Information

All of our USA and Canada shipping is done through the United States Post Office (USPS). Currently we are shipping in all 50 states in the US and to Canada. Canadian orders will be shipping through USPS Global delivery.

Please note! Shipping rates have changed due to USPS Postal rate changes that have gone into effect on 05/12/2008!

How long will it take my order to ship?

Because our products are hand-crafted, most individually ONLY after you order it, it will take us about 5-7 business days to prepare your order. None of our products are pre-mixed. Most herbal blends and oils, as well as rune sets, wrapped points and many other hand-crafted items in our catalog are made for you only after you order them. Herbal Samplers are freshly packed and never pulled from a shelf. Each product is prepared with care and attention to detail and we believe that the results are well worth the wait!

Once your order is shipped, delivery generally takes about 5-7 days in the US and 10-14 days in Canada. You will receive an email with your shipping tracking number confirming that your order has shipped.

Expedited Processing and Shipping

We currently do not offer any expedited order processing. Most of our products need the proper time to be crafted to ensure the highest possible quality. However, if you need an item ASAP, please let us know before you place your order and we will do our best to work with you. We are able to offer Express Shipping services if needed, but not express processing. This means that your order may still take up to 7 days to prepare (although depending on the items ordered, we can do our best to shorten that process), but we once your order is ready we can overnight it to you. Overnight and express shipping charges will be billed separately via a secure online invoice and will need to be paid before your order is shipped. Your complete satisfaction is our goal, and we will do our best to work with any deadlines, gift items or shipping needs you may have!

Unfortunately with changes in USPS shipping fees we can no longer offer free shipping to Canada

International Shipping

All international orders will be billed shipping separately only after your order is packed. International orders under $100 will be shipped via USPS Global First Class Mail or Global Priority Mail. Orders over $100 will shipped wih signature REQUIRED and INSURED via UPS. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice for the shipping charges. Once shipping charges are paid, the order will be sent out. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer free shipping for internaltional orders. Thank you for your patience!

Please note: due to increased international security, canadian and international orders may experience a delay in shipping for up to 2 weeks. Your order will still be shipped out within 2-3 days of being placed, this delay is solely with the shipping company and unfortunately out of our control.
