I am Eliora, an Eclectic Eccentric Witch – delighted
with the opportunity Raven has provided to share
my craft-work with you!
I live in a thriving village in northeastern Illinois;
once a quiet, rural farming community, now a rapidly
urbanizing metropolis. My family includes my husband
of many years, and two lovely, teen-aged daughters. These
three are my sun, my moon and my stars. My dear familiar
is our Pit Bull rescue, Tank.
I have been crafting in various mediums since I was a
child, but in recent years have turned my creativity
almost exclusively toward my Path. While I often work
in embellished glass, I have been known to dabble in
most every form of handcraft, from needlework/sewing
to jewelry making. A most special blessing that comes
through the creative process is the spiritual growth
I experience as I research and incorporate sacred themes
and symbols. Moreover, there is sheer joy in knowing
that I might pass the blessing on to others through my
craft-work.
My day job keeps me from creating as much as I want to,
but my husband and I have high hopes of growing our little
enterprise - we call it Mystic Moteck. Hopefully, when
retirement comes, we will be able to give all of our
time and attention to our Path and craft-work.
