Hi! My name is Peggy and I live in beautiful Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I created my own company, Medieval Mantles, a few years ago to fill a need here in Calgary, and have been making fabric bags for various pagan, and mundane, needs ever since. I have sold my little bags all over the world, from Western Australia to the Arctic Circle in Norway! I also make cloaks on request, with several patterns from which to choose.

But my main love is making bags!! Each bag I make is designed and created by myself. Many of the bags are made with a specific theme or function in mind, from wand bags, little amulets, rune bags, tarot bags, and larger book bags. Of course, each bag has lots of other uses as well!! I try to keep with woven cottons, but there are some synthetic fabrics that I love to use as well. Each bag is finished with glass or wooden beads, or plastic if I just can't find a suitable glass or wooden one. I also double stitch the seams for an extra strong bag.

I have also designed a new look for tarot bags. Sheer fabric is used for the 'back' so that the contents of the bag can be seen without having to open the bag!! Great for people who have lots and lots of decks!!!
