We love custom orders! If you are looking for something completely unique and made specially for you, in the colors you choose, look no further! Many of our crafters love to create custom orders!

Custom Herbal Blend Orders

For custom herbal orders (incense, herbal baths, oils, spell mixes and spell kits) please use our catalog special order form which can be found here: Custom herbal orders.

Non-Herbal Custom Orders

Use the form below to make your request for any non-herbal custom orders. We will evaluate your request and quote you a price and time frame for creating your order. Please be aware that custom orders can take 3-6 weeks to complete depening on your request and our ability to secure materials. Once the order is quote is sent, along with a description how we believe we can accomdate your request, you will decide if you want to proceed with your order or not. If you decide to proceed with the order, you will need to make a 25% deposit on your order - this deposit is non-refundable.

Upon completion of your order, we will send you a picture of the product we made for you. At this time you can decide to complete the order, in which case the remaining 75% balance is due, or you can decline to complete the order, in which case you will owe nothing more. Please remember that the 25% materials deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to complete the order, we will send you a paypal invoice for your order.

Book Orders

We can work with many different publishers. If you would like us to order a book for you, please complete the form below. Unlike with custom orders - there is no deposit required for book orders. Once we have an estimated available date (generally within 1-2 weeks), we will contact you to get final confirmation. Once you confirm that you would like the book ordered to be delivered on the specified delivery date, we will send you an invoice via paypal for the total amount of your book order plus shipping. Payment for book orders is due in full when the order is placed. All book orders will be shipped out via USPS Media Mail.

Invoices

All of our custom order invoices are sent through paypal - this is why it is critical that you provide us with your correct email address in the custom order form below. All invoices must be paid within 72 hours or your order will be cancelled.
