My
name is Arrianna Raven, and I am a witch and a High Priestess.
I began to follow my path at the age of 10, knowing instinctively
that I was a child of the goddess. I noticed that I was
not like the other kids, as my interests led me to learn
more and more about the world that we could not see. I
found myself reading books on witchcraft, and the occult
and my knowledge grew as did my thirst for more information.
I loved being out in nature, feeling the wind on my skin
and reveling in her beauty. As I grew I realized that
there were others in my family history that were in effect,
the same as I was, although due to persecution did not
openly call themselves a witch. I am what you call a natural
Witch, a being who can use magick using thoughts only.
Although I do admit I love a ritual for the specific purpose
of bringing me closer to divinity, I often don't need
to, as concentration and visualization are the real tools
of a witch. I follow the Wiccan Reed although even prior
to that our family has followed a very strict code of
rules. The ideas for products that I make and sell, for
the most part, have been handed down to me from prior
generations and are made with love and blessings for those
who wish to purchase them. While I do design new items
myself, the 'Olde Ways' seem to work the best.
Spirit
Boards and Pendulum Boards
The
Spirit boards and pendulum boards that I make are made
from natural wood. The designs are chosen after meditation
and they are made with pure intent. Most are wood burned
designs some have crystals and some will be painted it
all depends on the message that I get from the wood spirit
of the board. Every space where I work is smudged and
consecrated prior to me working on my projects. The herbs
and the stones that I use all coincide with the magical
formulary that has been used in my family with great success.
Hand-made
Cloaks and Robes
The
handmade clothes that I make are also made in a consecrated
and blessed area. I use nothing but the finest fabrics
that are easy to care for yet look beautiful when worn.
They can be made to be used strictly for ritual use or
simply because you love being a witch and like to dress
the part. I've been sewing since I was 10 and always strive
to make things as personal and unique as I possibly can.
You'll never find a fabric or a trim in my personal products
that has come from an animal. All furs used are faux furs,
that includes trim or any linings. Protective herbs can
be sewn into the lining if you wish.
