Many of your most frequently asked questions are answered below. For any questions not answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us! You can also reach us by phone at 704-225-3592.

Payments

We accept many payment forms - choose the one that is the most convenient for you!

  • Use your paypal account, pay with a credit card (Visa, Master Card) if you do not have a paypal account or e-check through Paypal!
  • Pay with Paypal
  • Pay with your Visa, Master Card, Amex or Discover Card without paypal!
  • Pay by Cahier's check or Money Order (NOTE! WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!)
  • Pay with Google Checkout!

Paypal account payments and Paypal payments will generally process immediately, which guarantess you the fastest possible order processing. Paypal orders will generally ship within 5-7 days of when they were placed. Paypal E-check payments will generally clear within 5-7 business days. Please note that orders will NOT be shipped until all e-checks clear. All paypal payments will appear on your statement as RAVENMOON

We also accept Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover and your card will be processed on the next business day. Once payment has been approved, we will ship your order within 5-7 business days! All credit card payments will appear in your statement under our email address!

We also now accept Google Checkout! Once your order is placed, we will send you a Google Checkout invoice to the email address on your order. Payment for all Google Checkout invoices MUST be made within 48 hours of your order being placed (unless other arrangements have been made) or your order will be cancelled, We will ship your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your payment! We can definately work with you if you need additional time to pay your Google Checkout invoice - just contact us and let us know how much time you need and we will do our best to work with you!

 

Additional Options

Once you are checking out, our shopping cart will automatically give you the Four payment options listed above. Please select the one that works best for you and follow the instructions for completion! Please NOTE: Orders totaling more than $200 will require additional packing time up to 10 days.

NC Sales Tax

We are located in Charlotte, NC and all residents of the state of NC are required to pay state taxes on goods sold by law. North Carolina State tax is 7.5%. Once you check out, you will see the state tax listed in your shopping cart. Paypal will NOT reflect the sales tax charged to your order until your payment is processed. Please be sure to validate your order total BEFORE your order is transferred to paypal for payment. Also, for local customers in the Gaston, Mecklenburg and Cabarrus Counties, we offer the convenience of free shipping with every order! All other USA customers can qualify for free shipping on all orders over $100!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will exchange your products for any other product in our store. Refunds must be requested within 7-10 days of the receipt of the item (receipt of the item will be determined by post office delivery date via USPS Delivery confirmation service). The original item must be mailed back to us and must be in "like new" condition. Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be processed until we have received your product return. A refund or credit will be made for the price of your order, plus any taxes and shipping billed on your original order minus any coupons or discounts used. Return shipping fees will not be refunded..

On all of our hand-crafted products may have small differences from product to product. Please keep this in mind when you are requesting as exchange. Please note, as with refunds, no credit will be issued until we have received the item back from you. On incenses, herbs and oil blends, no exchanges or refunds will be given if more than 25% of the product has been used already. We must receive the item from you within 7-10 days of delivery date. A credit will be issued that includes your original price, taxes and original shipping cost of the order minus any coupons applied. Return shipping fees will not be credited.

If a product was damaged in shipping, we will gladly exchange it once you ship the damaged product back to us. A refund for return shipping amount will be credited to your paypal or credit card account once we receive the item, so please be sure that the correct shipping amount is displayed on the label by the carrier. If the label does not show the shipping fees, we will not be able to credit them back to you.

In all refunds and exchanges, please be sure that the entire product is shipped back to us along with any product accessories. Thank you!

You can inquire about your order via email at: contact us. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your inquiries. You can also log in to the shopping cart at anytime to check the status of your order. Email is truly the best way to reach us, as we spend most of our day in our apothecary blending herbs!

If you would like to reach us by phone, you may contact us at: 704-225-3592 . Please leave us a message if we are away from the phone and we will contact you back the same day! We now also accept phone orders, so if you wish to place your order by phone, feel free to contact us! Please note, you will not be able to check the status of your phone order online as you can with an internet order.,

Wholesale and Bulk Discounts

We currently offer a limited wholesale program with bulk discounts for large orders on bulk herbs (10lbs or more - can mix 1lb of each herb) and our herbal blends (by the case of 6 or more). Herbal blends include loose incenses, oils bath salts, spell mixes and herbal baths. If you are interested in wholesale pricing, please fill out our wholesale request form for access to our wholesale price list. We do not accept checks or money orders for bulk orders. All bulk orders must be paid via Paypal or credit card. You must have a valid State Tax ID number for any wholesale orders.

Coven or Group Program

We are pleased to offer a special coven program! Each coven with at least 3 members can sign up. We will accrue 8% of all coven member orders (after discounts and not including shipping) towards your coven account. Purchases made by the coven can take the accrued funds as a discount on their order. Coven total will be tallied quarterly and a report will be mailed to the coven representative displaying credits earned. For example, if total coven member orders for the last quarter totaled $500, the coven will receive a $40 credit towards its next coven purchase. Click here to sign up!
